With our Risk Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible* CPAP Mask purchased from CPAP Machines Canada may be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Simply choose one of the following options:
- Fill out the 30 Days Risk Free Submission Form to request the exchange by clicking HERE
- Call us toll free at 1-877-820-4878
- Email us at returns@cpapmachinescanada.ca
Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for shipping the mask back to CPAP Machines Canada. CPAP Machines Canada will cover shipping for the new mask to the client.
*Exchanges are done on masks of the same value. If exchanging with a mask of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If exchanging with a mask of a lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.

CPAP Machines Canada offers free standard ground shipping, anywhere in Canada, on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, standard shipping rates may apply and will be calculated at checkout. For orders to the continental United States, standard shipping rates may apply and can be selected at checkout.
Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm EST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP Machines Canada will notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Full Refund will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP Machines Canada within 30 days from the initial purchase date if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any refund within 30 Days.

- Auto-Adjusting Pressure and Opti-Start Technology: The DreamStation Expert monitors the user throughout the night to provide pressures as needed when events occur. The machine remains at the lower pressure of the auto-adjusting range, and if an event is detected, increases pressure up to the upper pressure of the range to support the airway.
- DreamStation Heated Humidifier and Heated Tube. Included is the DreamStation Heated Humidifier, which connects directly to the machine and features dry box technology to help reduce the chance of water entering the machine from the humidifier. The water chamber is dishwasher safe and is designed to be easily taken out for cleaning and filling. Also included is the DreamStation Heated Tube to further increase therapy comfort by helping maintain heat and moisture in therapy air all the way to the CPAP interface.
- SmartRamp: Unlike a traditional ramp that increases pressure constantly over a set amount of time, SmartRamp will monitor the user and increase pressure only if an Apnea event occurs. Traditional ramp is also available if desired.
- Interface Fit Check: This feature will provide airflow to the interface and display if leaks are detected. As the interface is adjusted the machine's display will update to advise if a proper fit is detected.
- A-Flex Pressure Relief: A-Flex helps mimic natural breathing patterns by lowering pressure during exhalation. The transition between inhalation and exhalation is also softened, making breathing more natural. As the machine adjusts pressure during the night, A-Flex also adjusts so that the desired amount of relief for exhalation is always given.
