Insurance

How do I submit for reimbursement after purchase?

If you are eligible for reimbursement for your CPAP or Oxygen equipment, you will likely need to submit your receipt for reimbursement. When you purchase from CPAP Machines Canada, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of payment along with a detailed PDF receipt that you can submit to your Insurance Provider.  

Most Insurance Providers offer online claim submission via their websites; however, some may require a claim form to be completed as well. Claim forms and contact information for common Canadian Insurance providers can be found below.

What are the shipping options available?

CPAP Machines Canada offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $150 within Canada. For orders less than $150, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. For orders to the continental United States, standard shipping rates apply and can be selected at checkout. Rush or Overnight orders made before 1pm EST will be processed the same day.

What is the warranty policy for CPAP machines?

All CPAP/Auto-CPAP/BIPAP/Bilevel Machines come with a 3-year replacement warranty supported by the manufacturer. CPAP Machines Canada will assist customers in working with the manufacturer if a warranty replacement is needed.

Can I return or exchange a CPAP mask?

Yes, under our Risk-Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible CPAP mask can be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. For a full refund, the mask must be in sealed packaging, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return a product for a refund or exchange?

To return a product, mail it to: CPAP Machines Canada, 1107-2131 Lawrence Ave. East, Scarborough, Ontario CA M1R 5G4. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Ensure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75. For more details, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship to countries outside of Canada?

Currently, CPAP Machines Canada ships to Canada only. Please see Shipping & Returns information to learn more.

Refunds

What is the return policy for exchanges?

With our Risk-Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible CPAP Mask can be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Request an exchange by filling out the 30 Days Risk-Free Submission Form, calling 1-877-820-4878, or emailing returns@cpapmachinescanada.ca. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How can I return a CPAP mask or accessory for a refund?

A full refund is granted on any CPAP Mask or Accessory within 30 days if the item is in sealed packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds are not permitted on opened items or after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or refund CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, or sanitizing machines?

CPAP Machines, Oxygen Concentrators, and Sanitizing Machines cannot be exchanged or refunded. In special circumstances, such as death or critical illness, a full refund may be considered if the equipment is unused and in sealed packaging.
