CPAP Machines Canada offers free standard ground shipping, anywhere in Canada, on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, standard shipping rates may apply and will be calculated at checkout. For orders to the continental United States, standard shipping rates may apply and can be selected at checkout. 

Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm EST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP Machines Canada will notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.  

Returns & Exchanges

Full refund or exchange will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP Machines Canada within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. If the packaging has been unsealed (even just to try on an item without using it), a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CPAP Machines and Oxygen Concentrators cannot be exchanged or refunded. In special circumstances such as death or critical illness of the intended user, we will grant a special consideration and may offer a full refund, provided that the equipment has all accessories in sealed packaging, and has not been used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty Policy

All products purchased come with a manufacturer's standard warranty. All CPAP/Auto-CPAP/BIPAP/Bilevel Machines have a 3 year replacement warranty supported by the Manufacturer. CPAP Machines Canada will assist the customer in working with the manufacturer, if needed, in the event of a warranty replacement.
