With our Risk Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible* CPAP Mask purchased from CPAP Machines Canada may be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Simply choose one of the following options:

Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for shipping the mask back to CPAP Machines Canada. CPAP Machines Canada will cover shipping for the new mask to the client.
*Exchanges are done on masks of the same value. If exchanging with a mask of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If exchanging with a mask of a lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.

CPAP Machines Canada offers free standard ground shipping, anywhere in Canada, on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, standard shipping rates may apply and will be calculated at checkout. For orders to the continental United States, standard shipping rates may apply and can be selected at checkout.
Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm EST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP Machines Canada will notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Full Refund will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP Machines Canada within 30 days from the initial purchase date if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any refund within 30 Days.
Refunds are not permitted outside of 30 days or on items that have been opened. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Designed to feel like you're not wearing a mask, DreamWear's innovative design directs airflow through the frame so patients can sleep comfortably with more freedom of movement. The minimal contact, under-the-nose cushion prevents red marks, discomfort or irritation in the nostrils or on the nose bridge.
DreamWear's unique design offers one mask with three cushion options – nasal, pillow and full face, to give patients the ability to choose the interface that works best for them. With more freedom of movement and more comfort than their prescribed mask, DreamWear patients feel like they are not wearing a mask at all.
There are two Headgear options for the Dreamwear Under the Nose mask: Standard and "With Arms":

How often should I clean my CPAP Mask?
- We recommend daily cleaning of this product to ensure clean and effective therapy. Learn more about cleaning your CPAP equipment here.
How often should I replace my CPAP Mask?
- Health Canada recommends replacing your CPAP Mask every 6 months. Over time, CPAP Mask components will wear and stretch, leading to reduced fit and increased mask leaking. Additionally, bacteria and organic material from your skin, hair, and breath will build up on your mask over time.
Is this CPAP mask compatible with my CPAP Machine?
- This mask is compatible with any CPAP Machine from any manufacturer, EXCEPT for the ResMed Air Mini. This mask will not work with the ResMed Air Mini Travel CPAP.
