Humidifier settings: Start at a mid-range humidity and heated tube temperature, then adjust based on comfort over the first few nights. Always use distilled water in the humidifier chamber to prevent mineral buildup.

Filter replacement: Replace the disposable filters every 1 to 2 months depending on your environment. An extra 2-pack of filters is included in this package to get you started.

Care and Cleaning

Clean the DreamStation 2 humidifier water chamber and heated tubing 3 to 4 times per week with warm water and mild, unscented soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight. Use distilled water only when refilling the humidifier chamber. Once per week, soak the water chamber for 15 to 20 minutes in a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water, then rinse thoroughly.

Wipe the outer casing and touchscreen with a lightly dampened cloth as needed. The included canister of CPAP wipes can be used for convenient daily mask and equipment surface cleaning. Do not submerge the machine in water.

Replace the disposable machine filters every 1 to 2 months, or sooner in dusty or high-particulate environments.
