Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm EST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP Machines Canada will notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Disappointed

Disappointed in this machine. The water reservoir is too small and I have to add water by 6 hours which really interrupts sleep. The water reservoir is also quite flimsy and I am not confident in its longevity. I very much preferred my AirSense 10. This does not feel like an updated version to me. Regret purchase.

An update to my ResMed AirSense 10

There was a bit of a learning curve from the older AirSense 10 - I had to manually adjust some of the settings, and I still can't precisely balance the humidity between a tube too dry and one that spurts water (and I'm using the heated tube). The water reservoir is a bit smaller. Too bad I bought it last month at $1550 - the price is now lowered to $1035. Oh well.... Overall, a worthy upgrade - quieter, and gentler.

Upgrading from AirSense 10: The AirSense 11 is designed as a direct upgrade for AirSense 10 users. Most AirSense 10 accessories including masks and tubing are compatible. Contact CPAP Machines Canada to confirm accessory compatibility before purchasing.

myAir app: Download the free ResMed myAir app on iOS or Android after setting up your AirSense 11. Connect your device to Wi-Fi during setup to enable automatic nightly data transfer. Your daily sleep score and personalised coaching tips will be available each morning.

Women's mode: If you are a female patient, ask your prescribing clinician whether the dedicated women's algorithm mode is appropriate for your therapy. This mode can be enabled through your device settings or by your care provider.

Expiratory Pressure Relief: If you find it uncomfortable to exhale against therapy pressure, ensure EPR is enabled and set to your preferred level. Your care provider can adjust this setting if needed.

Humidifier: Always use distilled water in the humidifier tub. Tap water will cause mineral buildup over time. The removable tub is designed for easy filling and cleaning — rinse it thoroughly and allow it to air dry between uses.

Filter replacement: The fine mesh disposable air filter should be replaced every 1 to 2 months depending on your environment. A spare filter is included in the package.

Care and Cleaning

Clean the removable humidifier water tub 3 to 4 times per week with warm water and mild, unscented soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight. Always use distilled water when refilling. Once per week, soak the tub for 15 to 20 minutes in a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water, then rinse thoroughly.

Clean the heated tubing 3 to 4 times per week with warm water and mild, unscented soap. Rinse thoroughly and hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Replace tubing every 3 to 6 months.

Wipe the outer casing of the AirSense 11 and the touchscreen surface with a lightly dampened cloth as needed. Do not submerge the machine in water.

Replace the disposable fine mesh air filter every 1 to 2 months, or sooner in dusty or high-particulate environments.
