We at CPAP Machines Canada wanted to let you know that we are committed to stopping the spread of Covid-19. These are unprecedented times for all of us, and we know the impact it is having on you and your families. As a nation, and as a world, we are in this fight together – and we will come out the other side stronger for it, together.

We know that proper CPAP therapy for those suffering from Sleep Apnea is critical to your overall health, and we will work hard to safely ensure that your therapy needs are met during this time. We want you to know that we remain open and available to treat your CPAP and Oxygen Therapy needs throughout this crisis. Our remote support clinical team is available from 9:30am – 7:30pm EST Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am-4pm EST to answer your questions, provide data downloads and therapy advice, and process your orders.

Our fulfillment warehouse remains stocked and we have put measures in place to protect our staff and our customers. These measures include:

Disposable Gloves

Disposable gloves will be worn when handling inventory and packaging materials.

Use of our in-house Lumin

Employees are using our in-house Lumin UV Sanitizer to sanitize personal belongings (phone, wallet, keys) at the beginning of every shift.

Limiting Staff numbers on site at any one time

We have changed our schedules to ensure adequate social distancing (2 meters or more of separation) for all staff at all times. We have been able to do this without reducing staff numbers or hours.

Increased cleaning

We've increased our cleaning schedule, and ensure a thorough cleaning and sanitization of work surfaces at the end of each shift

Increased hand-washing protocols

Employees wash hands thoroughly upon entry and exit from the building

Mandatory "quarantine period" for returned items Mandatory “quarantine period” for returned products. We will HOLD all returned items for 5 days in a designated holding area prior to processing the return. After the hold period, the item will be sanitized in a Lumin UV Sanitizing unit and then processed as normal. As a result of this additional procedure, you may experience delays in the processing of your refund / exchange. All other return policies continue to apply.
