With our Risk Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible* CPAP Mask purchased from CPAP Machines Canada may be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Simply choose one of the following options:
- Fill out the 30 Days Risk Free Submission Form to request the exchange by clicking HERE

- Email us at returns@cpapmachinescanada.ca
Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for shipping the mask back to CPAP Machines Canada. CPAP Machines Canada will cover shipping for the new mask to the client.
*Exchanges are done on masks of the same value. If exchanging with a mask of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If exchanging with a mask of a lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.

CPAP Machines Canada offers free standard ground shipping, anywhere in Canada, on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, standard shipping rates may apply and will be calculated at checkout. For orders to the continental United States, standard shipping rates may apply and can be selected at checkout.
Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm EST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP Machines Canada will notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Full Refund will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP Machines Canada within 30 days from the initial purchase date if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any refund within 30 Days.
Refunds are not permitted outside of 30 days or on items that have been opened. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

The CPAPology Hose Cover is a great solution to help prevent “rainout” in CPAP tubing. Often occurring when a heated humidifier is used, rainout is caused when the air travelling from the humidifier to the mask starts to cool and forms condensation inside the hose. Experiencing rainout is not a pleasant sensation; no one likes their face splattered with water during the night. The Joey Hose Cover helps to insulate the hose, and cuts down on this unpleasant sensation.
Joey’s comfy soft cover also feels so much better against the skin than the uneven surface of the CPAP hose and toggles at either end make it a “cinch” to tighten. It also looks great! No more unsightly hose.
